These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and SGA77 ("SGA77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online entertainment platform accessible at sga77.click. To be eligible to register an Account on SGA77, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or above. SGA77 does not permit access by minors and enforces this restriction through mandatory identity verification;
• You are legally permitted, under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, to access online gaming and gambling services;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which the use of online gaming platforms is prohibited or restricted without the applicable licence;
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, an Account on SGA77 that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of SGA77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

When registering an Account on SGA77, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. The minimum information required includes your full legal name as shown on your government-issued identification document (MyKad or passport), a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile telephone number, and your date of birth.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. SGA77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. SGA77 reserves the right to request additional identity and address verification documents at any stage of your Account's lifecycle, including during the registration process, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to any security flag raised by our monitoring systems.

Players registering from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other location in Malaysia are subject to the same registration requirements and eligibility criteria.

SGA77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum single deposit amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion;
• Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically credited to your SGA77 Account within 1–3 minutes of successful payment completion;
• SGA77 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• Deposits made using a payment method that does not belong to the registered Account holder will be rejected and returned.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• A fully completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed;
• All active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be made;
• Standard e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes from approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 business hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule;
• SGA77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing time.

SGA77 offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all SGA77 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion specifies an applicable wagering requirement, which must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion;
• SGA77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or the employment of systematic wagering strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to Account suspension;
• Cryptocurrency deposit bonuses (currently offered at 2% per qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per transaction) are credited automatically upon deposit confirmation and are subject to the standard wagering requirement stated in the current promotion schedule.

All bets and wagers placed on SGA77 are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or betting market at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by SGA77's system are binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player after confirmation, except where SGA77 determines that a manifest error has occurred;
• In the event of a manifest error in the stated odds, game results, or payout calculations — whether caused by technical fault, human error, or third-party data feed failure — SGA77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return Stakes to the relevant Player Accounts;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation by SGA77's system, not those displayed at the moment you began placing the bet;
• For live casino games, the result displayed by the dealer or game system after the conclusion of each round constitutes the final result. No disputes relating to game outcomes will be entertained after a new round has commenced;
• SGA77 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers on the platform. Detection of such activity will result in immediate Account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SGA77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your Account;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with SGA77 employees;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;

• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals fraudulently after participating in gaming activity with deposited funds;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the SGA77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform;

• Use SGA77's branding, logo, or name in any external communication without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SGA77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, SGA77 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from the use of or inability to access the platform;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or data transmission delays caused by factors beyond SGA77's reasonable control, including internet service failures, third-party payment gateway outages, or force majeure events;
• Technical errors in game software that do not result in a financial gain to SGA77 and are corrected within a reasonable timeframe;
• Losses incurred by a Player as a result of a third party gaining unauthorised access to the Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

SGA77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the 30 days preceding the incident, or (b) MYR 500.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by SGA77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, SGA77 collects only the personal information necessary to operate your Account, process your transactions, conduct KYC verification, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. Any funds remaining in your Account Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
